Making Replicas of Metallic Objects using Electroform Techniques

This course encompasses electroforming for museum exhibitions, research, education, reconstruction and completion. Participants practise making silicone rubber moulds, preparation for deposition and joining and finishing by making electroform replicas of pre-selected antiquities. There are also case studies and lectures on the theory of electrodeposition and the possibility to receive directions for building personal electroforming set-ups.
The course is held at Benner Larsen's purpose-built studio in Dianalund, Denmark.
Participants should arrive in their accommodation near Dianalund by Sunday evening
